Refund Policy
At ALAGRAAG, we want you to love your purchase!
You can raise a return request within 2 days of the delivery of the order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- For any missing item claim, an unboxing video from the sealed package is required for verification.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Jewellery items, for hygiene and safety reasons
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customeralagraag@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within India only.
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days and delivered within 7-8 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, natural calamities, or regional restrictions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return is delivered safely.
