Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alagraag, we believe in quality, comfort, and customer satisfaction. Every piece of jewellery and apparel is carefully crafted and checked before dispatch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We currently deliver across India only.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The shipping cost will be bared by customer for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • Jewellery must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Important Return Requirement

Before initiating a return:

  • Customers must share clear product images
  • We strongly recommend (not mandatory) to make an unboxing video of package received (especially incase of Jewelry), as it helps us resolve any issues faster and ensures transparency for both sides

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
  • Items that show usage, wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging after delivery
  • Products not in original condition at the time of return request

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements only in cases where:

  • The product received is defective
  • The customer received a wrong item or incorrect size

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality inspection process.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 6–8 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Refund approval depends on successful inspection of the returned product
